Warranty Coverage

Falcon Digital Video sells computers, electronics and related accessories. Warranty coverage is not the same for every product. Where a warranty is offered, it is intended to address manufacturing defects during the applicable period, subject to the terms of the manufacturer, authorised service network and this page.

This policy should be read with our Refund & Exchange Policy and Terms & Conditions. It does not create a warranty where none is stated for a product.

Warranty Period

The applicable warranty period for a product is the warranty period stated on the relevant product page, invoice, warranty card, or other documentation provided with the product.

Falcon Digital Video does not set a single catalogue-wide duration on this page. If no period is shown for an item, contact us before you rely on a warranty assumption.

Products Covered by Warranty

Products are covered only where a warranty is stated for that item. Coverage may be provided by the manufacturer, an authorised agent, or Falcon Digital Video as seller, depending on the product.

Software licences, consumables such as ink and toner, and items sold with no warranty mentioned on the listing or invoice are generally not covered under this policy except as required by applicable law.

Products Without Warranty

If the product page, invoice and packaging do not state a warranty, treat the item as sold without a seller or manufacturer warranty unless a mandatory legal right applies. Clearance or special-order goods may also be sold without warranty when that is stated at purchase.

What Is Covered

Where a warranty applies, cover typically includes manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that appear during the applicable period and are confirmed after inspection.

The exact remedy — repair, replacement or another outcome — follows the applicable manufacturer or seller terms for that product after testing.

What Is Not Covered

Unless a specific product warranty expressly says otherwise, warranty generally excludes the following.

Physical damage

Cracks, impact damage, drops, crushed ports, or other damage from mishandling are not covered.

Liquid damage

Spills, moisture, corrosion, or damage from unsuitable environments are not covered.

Improper installation or use

Incorrect power, incompatible parts, poor ventilation, or use outside the manufacturer’s instructions are not covered.

Unauthorised repairs or modifications

Broken warranty seals, third-party repairs, or hardware modification generally void warranty.

Normal wear and tear

Consumable parts and cosmetic issues that do not affect function are not covered. Software, virus or data issues unrelated to a confirmed hardware defect are also excluded.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Submit the warranty request form on this page or contact Falcon Digital Video with your order number.
  2. Describe the fault and include the product name or SKU.
  3. Provide the invoice or proof of purchase and the serial number if the product has one.
  4. Wait for instructions before sending or bringing the item. Unauthorised shipments may be refused.
  5. The product may be inspected or tested by Falcon Digital Video or an authorised service centre.
  6. We will tell you the outcome (repair, replacement, rejection, or another applicable remedy).

Required Invoice and Proof of Purchase

Warranty requests require proof of purchase from Falcon Digital Video, such as the original invoice or order confirmation. Without proof, we may be unable to process a claim.

Inspection and Testing

Assessment time varies by product, brand and parts availability. A fault that cannot be reproduced, or that is found to be caused by an exclusion listed above, may be declined.

Back up your data before submitting computers, storage devices or similar products. Falcon Digital Video is not responsible for data remaining on a device sent for inspection.

Repair or Replacement Procedure

If a claim is accepted, the product may be repaired or replaced according to the applicable warranty terms and available stock. Replacement units may be new or refurbished equivalent products if that is allowed under the applicable terms.

Repair or replacement does not automatically restart a new full warranty period unless the applicable product terms say so.

Manufacturer Warranty vs Seller Warranty

Many electronics carry a manufacturer or authorised-agent warranty. In those cases Falcon Digital Video helps you start the claim and may need to send the product to the relevant service network.

Where Falcon Digital Video offers an additional or store warranty, that will be stated on the product page or invoice. If both could apply, the document that applies to your item takes precedence for that claim.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty is void if serial numbers or seals are removed, if the product is used commercially when it was sold for consumer use only, or if faults result from accessories or parts not supplied or approved for that product.

Shipping and Transportation Responsibility

Unless we confirm otherwise, you are responsible for packing the product safely and for getting it to the location we specify for inspection. Risk of damage in transit to the service location remains with the sender unless our team has arranged collection and confirmed that in writing, by email or on WhatsApp.

Return delivery of a repaired or replaced item, if offered, will be confirmed for that claim. Related delivery questions are also covered in the Shipping Policy.
