These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Falcon Digital Video website and orders placed through it. By browsing, registering or completing checkout, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

This document is a customer-facing framework for a Sri Lankan computer and electronics retailer. It should be reviewed by Falcon Digital Video and a legal advisor before it is treated as final legal advice. If a written confirmation for a specific order differs from this page, that confirmation applies to that order.

You may use this website to view products, create an account, place orders and contact Falcon Digital Video. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it without authorisation, misuse another person’s account, or use automated tools in a way that harms the service.

You must be able to enter a binding contract under applicable law to place an order. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

We aim to describe products using names, images, specifications, stock status and prices from our catalogue. Images are illustrative. Manufacturers may change specifications. If a listing looks incorrect, contact us before you buy.

Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees unless stated otherwise. Promotional prices apply only while they are displayed and while stock lasts. If a genuine pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order or ask you to reconfirm at the correct price.

Stock shown on a product page reflects the catalogue at the time of viewing and can change. An order is an offer to buy. It is not a confirmed sale until Falcon Digital Video accepts it and confirms that the items can be supplied.

Place orders through the cart and checkout, or by following any process our team confirms on WhatsApp or phone. Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Keep your order number for support.

We may accept, decline or request clarification of an order (for example where stock, address or payment details need checking). We may cancel an accepted order if the product cannot be supplied, payment is not completed as required, or we reasonably suspect misuse.

Customer cancellation requests are handled under the Refund & Exchange Policy. Cancellations are not available during sale periods and are not guaranteed after processing or dispatch.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. This website currently offers cash on delivery and bank transfer where those options are enabled. Online card checkout is not active on the site at the time this policy was written.

We do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers. Do not send passwords, PINs or one-time codes by email or chat. Bank-transfer orders are typically prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed.

Account holders must provide accurate details and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it may have been misused. Falcon Digital Video may suspend an account if we reasonably believe it is being used improperly.

You are responsible for the accuracy of checkout, account and address information. Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details are addressed in the Shipping Policy.

The Falcon Digital Video name, logo, website design and original content belong to Falcon Digital Video or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission. Product brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Catalogue content, blog posts and policy pages are provided for shopping and information. We may update or remove content at any time. User-submitted reviews must be lawful, accurate and not abusive.

The site may link to WhatsApp, maps, social media or manufacturer resources. Those services have their own terms. Falcon Digital Video is not responsible for third-party websites or apps we do not operate.

You must not:

• use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity;
• interfere with security, checkout or other customers’ accounts;
• submit false reviews, orders or support claims;
• copy product listings or images for competing commercial use without permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Falcon Digital Video is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or from product purchase, including data loss if you do not keep backups. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights you cannot legally waive as a consumer in Sri Lanka.

This limitation is a general statement and should be reviewed by a legal advisor. It is not a guarantee that any particular claim would succeed or fail.

Warranty, if any, depends on the product, brand and the terms shown on the product page, invoice or other documentation supplied with the item. The Warranty Policy describes how to request an assessment. Warranty does not automatically cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse or unauthorised repair unless a specific product term says otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its last-updated date, applies to new use of the website after it is posted.

This jurisdiction wording is provided as a reasonable default for a Sri Lankan retail website and should be confirmed by Falcon Digital Video’s legal advisor.
